Appointments

To book an appointment with either the doctor or nurse, please phone Coningsby 344544.

You can book, cancel and check your own appointments, any time, night and day using our automated telephone service, ‘Patient Partner’

There is no advantage in queuing up at the surgery early in the morning to get an appointment. We encourage patients to use the telephone system to book an appointment. Urgent problems will be dealt with the same day.

Our telephone lines are open from 08:00 Monday to Friday.

Whilst every effort is made to keep appointment times, this is not always possible. There will always be the occasional emergency, which may result in having to wait longer than expected for your appointment. We will always try our best to see you at your booked appointment time.

Urgent cases take priority at all times.

You can request an appointment with a particular doctor although you may be seen sooner if you are willing to accept the first appointment available. Please ask the reception staff for times of individual surgeries which may vary during the week.

Urgent cases can be fitted in on the same day, especially if you telephone as early as possible, but it should be noted that it may not be possible to fit you in with the doctor of your choice.

Extended Hours

The surgery is open on Thursday evening for pre booked appointments under the Extended Hours access scheme.

Patients can see Dr C Ramana every week.

Nurse Emma Parsons can be seen on Thursday evening every month for cervical smears and Medication reviews.

Dr Amos Ramon can be seen on Saturday morning for minor surgery and working well appointments.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
