Practice Management

Mrs Debbie Bent

I was born in Stamford, Lincolnshire. My father was in the RAF, so I have been fortunate enough to have lived in Hong Kong and Cyprus. I moved to Coningsby in 1976, where I met my husband. We married and were blessed with having boy and girl twins! I started working at the New Coningsby Surgery in 1999. I became Practice Manager in November 2007, and I am really enjoying my new role, and the challenges it brings.

Our Practice Manager position is shared between Mrs. Christine Tozer (see nurses section) and Mrs. Debbie Bent (on the right in the picture)

Mrs Sue Smith

Sue works mainly in administration, and also in reception.

I was born in Bedford, went to University in Wales.  After finishing University I moved to Cambridgeshire where I worked for customer services for 7 years.  I moved to Lincolnshire 5 years ago with my husband and daughter.  We now have another daughter and we have just bought a house, so we are setting up roots in Lincolnshire.  We have 3 cats, 2 chickens a dog and 3 horses that keep us busy outside of work.  We enjoy exploring the Lincolnshire Wolds.  I started working here in July 2016 and I am enjoying every part of my job.
