Visual Impairment

If you have a visual impairment this will be recorded on the home screen of your medical records.  If we need to contact you we will either write to you in a larger font or call you.  If you could, please let us know your personal preference.  If you require assistance whilst visiting the surgery please let reception know and someone will be made available to guide you around the Practice.  Below is a link to the NHS Choices visual impairment page with useful information which you may find helpful.

Hearing Loss

If you have a hearing impairment this will be recorded on your home screen.  We have a hearing loop which is portable, so upon request can be taken into the clinicians room if needed. We supply hearing aid batteries at the surgery, theses can be obtained from the front desk, whilst we don't have every battery size we do have a vast range.  Below is a link to the NHS Choices hearing loss page.
